Back to School Backpack Giveaway and BBQ

Enriching the community! Prepare to send your students back to school. Come out with your students and receive a FREE backpack with FREE school supplies per student. FREE haircuts for Boys ages 5-10. FREE Braided styles for girls up to 10. FREE BBQ for children 17 and under. (Plates are $5 for 18 and up). Bounce House and more. Backpacks and School Supplies are available on first come, first serve basis and will run until everything has been given out. Please register to ensure your child(ren) will receive free items!

Vendor Information:

The event is both indoor and outdoor, however the Shopping Row will be located outdoors. Vendor Spaces include a 6 Foot Space and 2 chairs. If you're able to bring your own table, please do so as we are limited on tables. Tables available on a First Come, First Serve Basis. Vendor Fee is $35, BUT it can be waived with the donation of 2 backpacks. If you choose to donate 2 backpacks in lieu of Fee, please arrive at the venue by 10:30 am to turn in backpacks. To register as a Vendor, please select the Vendor Option Below and complete the fields.

Vendor Important Information:

• Set Up Time begins as early as 10:30 am.

• All Tables MUST be set up NO LATER than 11:40 am.
• Enter Through White Building OR through Side Gate for Check in.
• Onsite Parking is FREE. Please park in the gravel parking lot.
